Who will do the work?
I will be the person you talk to by text, email, phone or through this website. The same person doing the work, and cleaning up after themselves. I strive to exceed my customer’s expectations and give the best possible service at all times, giving you complete peace of mind.
Are you insured?
Yes. I have full public liability insurance.
Do you have a police clearance certificate?
Yes. I hold a clean police clearance certificate, available on request.
Do you offer a pensioners discount?*
Yes, I do. I’m happy to give a 10% pensioners discount on the labour, of all services with a labour charge of over $160. Available upon request.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes. Most of the time I will come out and give a free, no obligation estimate. On smaller jobs, I can just give a ball-park figure over the phone. In the unlikely event of unforeseen issues out of my control, you will be made aware beforehand and a revised estimate may need to be made.
How can I get in contact with you?
I can be contacted by text, email, phone or through this website. If I’m out on a job, it may not be possible to take your call at that time, as I’m giving my present client my full attention. If you send a text leaving a message, I will get back to you as soon as possible.
How long before you can start work on my job?
Generally, after the estimate has been approved, I will arrange by phone a date, and estimated time to suit you for the work to start. During really busy times a ball-park time may be given until a more fixed time is available.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Settlement is made by bank transfer, credit card, Apple Pay, EFTPOS, or cash on the day of completion. A receipt will be issued on payment, with a paid invoice emailed afterward. Bigger jobs may require stage payments to cover material.
What happens on the day of service?
I will arrive at the scheduled start time with the tools to do the job and complete the service booked. In the rare and unlikely event, I am running late, I will try to notify you on how far behind I am and give you a call when I’m on my way.
I will do my utmost to keep the disruption of your day to a minimum, so your not waiting around all day.
Can I get the work done in the evening or at the weekend?
Generally, I work 7.00 am - 8 pm Monday to Friday, and sometimes into the evening to complete some services. Saturday and Sunday by appointment.
Do you do emergency work?
I will make every effort to accommodate emergency work.
Will you take on jobs at short notice?
I will endeavor to fit in work at short notice as and when work permits. Generally, my week is fully booked out.
Do you have a regular maintenance plan for my garden?
On regular work like gardening, I can work out a maintenance plan to suit your needs at a competitive rate.
Can I afford to get the work done?
Most problems caught at an early stage will save you money in the long run.
What area do you cover?
Cockburn and surrounding suburbs, but not restricted to.
Can I cancel a booked appointment?
Yes, to cancel an appointment, 24 hours notice is required otherwise a cancellation fee may apply.
